Ugh I loooove post-apocalyptic fic, especially the open-ended stuff, when you don't know what's going on. I really liked that you didn't make it "savoury", made it a bit icky. And Bob/Frank = OTP till the end of the world, literally.
If you'll allow some constructive criticism, there were a few instances of vocabulary that Americans like them probably wouldn't use. Like "as well" instead of "too", "quite" instead of "really" or "very", "perhaps" instead of "maybe", "feels as if" instead of "feels like". It really stood out for me so I thought I'd mention it. The whole story is fantastic though. :)
