Oh man, I love this! Bob/Frank is my favourite MCR pairing, and the interaction here - one-sided and then brief as it may be - is just excellent. I love the imagery of it, and Frank's obsessive watching and pondering. It also has an excellent rhythm and flow. Really lovely to read!
