To me it's only acceptable in crack. I have a MPREG prompt in my wtf27 table, and I'm cringing already: I guess I'll find a clever way to write around the subject, because, uh. No. XD I have issues with some subjects (say, mpreg, men crying in fics, etc), I think I'm biased.
